About the job ENGINEERING MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager – FEED to lead the execution of Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) studies for an ADNOC Offshore project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams for offshore oil & gas developments and delivering FEED projects in compliance with ADNOC standards, within schedule and budget.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage FEED execution for offshore oil & gas facilities.
- Ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, civil, structural).
- Ensure all deliverables comply with ADNOC Offshore standards and international codes.
- Act as key interface with ADNOC Offshore for technical coordination and approvals.
- Review and approve FEED deliverables (Design Basis, PFDs, P&IDs, layouts).
- Identify and mitigate technical risks; ensure safe and optimized design solutions.
- Drive value engineering and ensure HSE and constructability considerations.
- Manage technical queries, changes, and deviations during FEED.
- Support transition from FEED to EPC phase.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline).
- 15+ years of oil & gas experience, with at least 5 years in an engineering management role.
- Proven experience in FEED execution for offshore projects, preferably with ADNOC Offshore.
- Strong knowledge of API, ASME, IEC, and ADNOC standards.
- Experience in brownfield offshore projects is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certification (PMP, CEng, PE) is an advantage.
- HSE certification (IOSH/NEBOSH) is a plus.
