We are hiring a change and readiness support resource to assist with business preparation activities across ERP, warehouse and retail operations.
This is an execution-focused role supporting communications, training coordination, and user readiness activities in the run-up to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Support impact analysis documentation and user readiness tracking.
- Coordinate training logistics across sites and functions.
- Prepare and distribute communications and user materials.
- Track business readiness status and escalate gaps.
- Support cutover coordination and early hypercare activities.
Must-Have Expertise
- ERP or system implementation support
- Training coordination and scheduling
- Preparing user guides and materials
- Stakeholder communication support
- Tracking readiness metrics
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
Preferred Experience
- Retail or distribution environments
- ERP transformation programmes
- Multi-site operational rollouts
- High-volume user environments (250+ locations / 1,000+ users)
