About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive digital banking initiatives across our Corporate and Islamic Banking divisions. You will be the critical bridge between regulatory requirements, business stakeholders, and technology teams — translating SAMA regulations and business needs into clear, actionable product specifications that shape what gets built.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for corporate banking digital products from discovery through to launch
  • Translate SAMA regulatory requirements and Islamic banking standards into structured user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Map and improve complex customer user journeys for corporate clients across onboarding, trade finance, and cash management
  • Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders across business, compliance, and technology
  • Own and prioritise product backlogs aligned to regulatory deadlines and business value
  • Produce high-quality artefacts including process flows, gap analyses, and functional specifications
  • Lead UAT planning and execution
  • Mentor and coach mid-level BAs, setting quality standards across the team

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 5 years in banking or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of SAMA regulations and the Saudi banking environment
  • Solid understanding of Islamic banking products: Murabaha, Ijara, Musharaka, and Tawarruq
  • Deep knowledge of corporate banking: trade finance, cash management, and credit facilities
  • Advanced user story writing and backlog management skills (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with Agile delivery and process modelling tools (Miro, Lucidchart, Visio)
  • Excellent communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage

Nice to Have

  • Experience on core banking transformation programmes (Temenos, Finastra, Oracle FLEXCUBE)
  • Familiarity with Vision 2030 financial sector reform and FSDP objectives
  • Prior consulting or Big 4 experience in banking transformation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification desirable
