FUNCTIONAL TESTER - ARABIC SPEAKER

Role Overview

The Functional Testing Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end functional testing activities, ensuring business requirements are validated accurately and comprehensively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional testing planning, design, and execution
• Manage test scenarios, test cases, and defect lifecycle
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to validate requirements
• Lead and mentor functional testing teams
• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives
• Provide clear test status reporting and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in functional testing
• Strong leadership experience in managing testing teams
• Excellent understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)

Preferred Experience

• Banking or financial services domain experience
• Experience using ALM Octane or similar tools

Familiarity with one or more of the following systems:

• Oracle
• ServiceNow
• Temenos T24
• Murex
• Finastra
