Clinician
Job Description:
Current LICSW license from state of MA + MSW from an accredited school of social work
Strong background in treating children and adolescents with anxiety and related disorders
Experience and training in delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, ERP) CBT (noting that ERP is part of CBT) and/or ACT and/or DBT is required (1 of the 3 required)
Ability and willingness to operate as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Basic computer skills, facility with and openness to new technologies
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to complete documentation and associated tasks in a timely manner
Ability to be flexible and nimble and work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, mission driven environment
Culturally responsive with regard to diversity and inclusion
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a manner that inspires confidence and trust

Logistical requirements:
Schedule, 40 hr/wk, M-F
At least 15 hours of face-to-face patient care during after school/"prime time" hours (3:00 pm or later). These 15 hours can be spread evenly across the week (e.g., 3:00-6:00 M-F) or can be split across long days (e.g., 3:00-8:00 pm) and short days (e.g., 3:00-5:00 pm).
