Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to promote and market our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for substance abuse treatment in Dayton, OH. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with referral sources, building a strong network of community partners, and promoting the program's services to potential clients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, primary care physicians, mental health providers, and community organizations.
- Build and maintain a network of community partners, including civic organizations, schools, and faith-based groups.
- Promote the program's services to potential clients and their families through community outreach, marketing events, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth intake process for new clients.
- Monitor and report on referral and admission trends, as well as market competition and trends in the field.
- Work with the administrative team to develop and implement marketing strategies, including print and digital advertising, social media, and direct mail campaigns.
- Attend industry conferences, workshops, and events to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in the field.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance sales and marketing skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or behavioral health field.
- Knowledge of the substance abuse treatment field and the local market in Dayton, OH.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
