The Program Director will oversee all activities of the Summit Ranch. The program director should have a masters degree in psychology, social work, or counseling, a full license to practice independently, and five years or more of experience managing a treatment facility. The program director is responsible for the overall supervision, administrative planning, administrative oversight, and coordination of the clinical aspects and function of the facilities. The program director also provides a vital role as the face of Summit Ranch to the community and works effectively with the owners to ensure the facility is providing guests with the opportunity to achieve the most positive outcomes possible.
