We're seeking an Art Director to lead our creative vision and drive the visual identity of our projects. You'll work closely with our design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver compelling, impactful designs that elevate the brand experience.

What you'll do:

  • Creative Direction: Define and lead the visual direction of projects, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
  • Concept Development: Oversee the development of creative concepts from ideation to execution, including branding, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Client Presentations: Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating the vision and strategy.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and project goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to align on project objectives and deliverables.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has proven experience in a leadership or senior design role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
  • Has a strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, and digital projects.
  • Proficient with design software and technologies (Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
  • Has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Is an effective communicator and a natural leader who can guide and motivate a creative team.

Bonus Points for:

  • Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
  • Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
