We're seeking a Webflow Web Developer to join our fast-growing creative team and help bring high-impact digital experiences to life. You'll work closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to turn creative visions into scalable, responsive, and high-performing websites and landing pages.

What you'll do:

  • Creative Implementation: Bring UI/UX designs from tools like Figma to life using Webflow with pixel-perfect precision and smooth interactions.
  • Custom Development: Build and maintain dynamic websites, landing pages, and web components using Webflows CMS, animations, and custom code when needed (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Performance & SEO: Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO best practices across all devices and browsers.
  • Integrations & CMS: Set up and manage Webflow CMS structures and integrate third-party tools or headless CMS when needed.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot bugs, test across multiple devices and browsers, and implement long-term, scalable fixes.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including designers, content creators, and marketing leads to deliver digital experiences that align with brand and business goals.
  • Production Handoff: Pass final designs to development or publishing teams for release.


Our ideal candidate:

  • Has 4+ years of experience in front-end web development or Webflow-specific development.
  • Is highly proficient in Webflow, including CMS structures, interactions, and custom code embeds.
  • Has experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom functionalities and fine-tuning designs.
  • Familiar with cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Has worked with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify and understands headless CMS integrations.
  • Can juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • With excellent communication and time management skills.


Bonus Points for:

  • Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
  • Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
