Looking for Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategy, lead marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan.
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads.
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings.
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies.
- Track the performance of all marketing campaigns.
- Development and implementation of the marketing strategy.
- Using data and insights to define the strategy.
- Working cross functional with various departments to ensure key objectives are achieved.
- Using the full marketing mix to ensure brand growth.
- Managing and building relationships with external vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing or Business-related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of impactful experience in a digital/traditional marketing managerial capacity, preferably within the FMGC and/or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving brand growth and driving business profitability.
- A result-oriented professional with an understanding of business and financial considerations.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and hands-on approach to leadership.
- Strong creative thinking coupled with excellent analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
