Project Manager - Real Estate Development 

Our Client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of mega real estate development projects, from initial planning to final execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements for complex real estate developments. 
  • Formulate and execute project strategies aligned with organizational goals.


  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 
  • Effectively communicate project goals, roles, responsibilities, and expectations to team members.


  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, regulatory authorities, and community representatives. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.


  • Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and adherence to financial constraints. 
  • Conduct regular financial analyses and provide updates to senior management.


  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with mega real estate development projects. 
  • Implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential disruptions.


  • Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control measures throughout all phases of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.


  • Timeline Adherence: Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying and addressing potential delays.
  • Implement strategies to keep the project on schedule.


  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, documenting project achievements, challenges, and resolutions. 
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on mega real estate development projects.
  • PMP Certification required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including social collaboration software and Microsoft Excel.
