Qualifications:
- PhD in Nursing or Healthcare filed
- Masters Nursing or Healthcare field
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Experience:
- 10 years experience in a related field with at least 6 years in senior management foPh.D.hD holders
- 12 years experience in related field with at least 8 years in senior management for Masters holders
- 14 years of experience in related field with at least 10 years in senior management for Masters holders
License:
- Valid SCFHS License as a Specialist / Senior Nurse Specialist with SCFHS (for Candidates within KSA)
- For candidates applying from outside of KSA - should be eligible to have a nursing license as per the SCFHS criteria.
- Hold a valid medical license from your home country
Role and Responsibilities:
- Leads the development of cluster nursing strategy and ensures alignment of the health network operational plans for nursing affairs.
- Collaborates and coordinates with cluster stakeholders in the health network to ensure effective communication.
- Develops clinical nursing standards and policies and ensure they are achieved by monitoring and improving clinical competency and clinic excellence of nurse staff affairs across the clusters.
- Assesses and ensures the nursing workforce is adequately planned to ensure future demands of the medical services are aligned.
- Develops the cluster nursing affairs plan for budget and resource allocation to support all health services.
- Participates in clusters credentialing committee to confirm suitability of staff for appointment and promotion.
- Ensures nursing care activities provide best practice services.
- Participate in Emergency and disaster procedures.
- Analyzing areas in planning, promoting and conducting organization-wide performance improvement activities.
- Representing the nursing services at all meetings including medical staff and hospital board of director meetings; participates with leaders in designing and providing patient care and services.
- Other duties as required.

- Proven skills and clinical leadership and management, including the ability to motivate, set standards and demand accountability.
- Demonstrated evidence of developing strategies and operational plans
- High level analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to work cooperatively and strategically with all levels of healthcare professionals.
- Experience in engaging with CEOs, executives, staff and external stakeholders.
