We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Allied Health Services for a reputed client in IRAQ, who is dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to the local community. The Allied Health Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all allied health services within our organization. This includes managing a team of allied health professionals, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of allied health professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for allied health services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of allied health services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated and efficient delivery of services to patients
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as healthcare providers and community organizations
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for allied health services
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and implement changes as needed to improve service delivery
- Ensure that all allied health services are delivered in a timely, efficient, and patient-centered manner
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall goals of the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a healthcare setting, preferably in allied health services
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to allied health services
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and resources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
