Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Senior Registered Nurses and Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Department team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing comprehensive and efficient nursing care to patients in the emergency department.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Assessing and triaging patients upon arrival to the emergency department
• - Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• - Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the physician
• - Assisting with emergency procedures and providing emergency care to patients
• - Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• - Educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
• - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
• - Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the emergency department
• - Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• - Current registration with the Libyan Nursing Council
• - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the emergency department for Registered Nurse.
• - Minimum of 7 years of experience in the emergency department for Senior Registered Nurse
• - Strong knowledge of emergency nursing principles and practices
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• - Proven ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
