Job Overview:

Our client in Bahrain is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead and manage all aspects of a multi-cuisine restaurant's operations. The Restaurant Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. This includes managing all aspects of the restaurant, such as staffing, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance restaurant performance.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
  • Ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience.
  • Address customer feedback effectively and implement improvements.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring the availability of all supplies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
