Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an annual operational plan for the janitorial department, outlining strategic goals, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Uphold and enforce the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professional conduct within the janitorial team, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service.
  • Oversee the training and evaluation of cleaning supervisors, fostering continuous development to enhance skillsets and leadership capabilities.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the janitorial department, ensuring efficient personnel allocation and scheduling to deliver seamless service across all areas.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all janitorial service inquiries, maintaining effective communication and collaboration with all levels of management, staff, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Proactively address guest and internal customer complaints regarding cleaning services, resolving issues in a courteous and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain the departmental work schedule, ensuring proper staffing allocation for events and high-traffic periods to maintain exceptional customer experience.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in hospitality management
  • 10-15 years of janitorial experience.
  • 5-star hotel expertise.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
