Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Medical Officer to join our Client in Tripoli, Libya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry in Libya. The Chief Medical Officer will be responsible for overseeing all medical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all medical operations within the organization.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services
  • Collaborate with other members of the executive team to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of medical staff
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the healthcare industry
  • onitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
  • Participate in the development and management of the organization's budget
  • Keep up-to-date with advancements in the healthcare industry and implement best practices to enhance the organization's services
  • Act as a spokesperson for the organization and represent us at conferences, meetings, and other events

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry in Libya, including regulations and standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software


Contract Details:

The Chief Medical Officer will report directly to the CEO and will be based in Tripoli, Libya. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
