Our client is seeking an Execution Manager - Commercial & residential projects located in Saudi Arabia.

    Industry Required:

    • Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Engineering.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Project Scoping & Planning: Define project scope, manage project planning, and ensure construction process control is aligned with overall project goals.
    • Project Management & Reporting: Oversee project execution, ensure timely completion, report on progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, including managing automated testing and regular inspections.
    • Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, providing leadership to ensure that project milestones are met. Liaise with senior leaders for project alignment.
    • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
    • Direct Reporting: Report directly to the Development Manager and Department Director on project status, challenges, and progress.

    Essential Experience:

    • 8-10 years of experience in construction or execution management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven experience in construction planning, quality control, and managing complex projects in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
    • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
    • Hands-on experience in reporting progress and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
    • Previous experience in managing distinguished projects within the Gulf region is preferred.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes.
    • Ability to navigate complex challenges and resolve issues effectively.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors or Associates degree in Civil Engineering (Masters or Ph.D. would be an advantage).
    • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or MBA.
    • Additional certifications such as RMP (Risk Management Professional) or similar certifications are highly preferable.
