Job Description: We are seeking a proactive "Corporate Affairs Manager " to join our dynamic team.
The Business Development Manager Projects is a key role responsible for driving growth
and profitability in the field of interior design and fit-out projects within the real estate
developments, large villa compounds, and hotels sectors. This role involves identifying and
cultivating business opportunities, creating strategic partnerships, and managing the complete
business development cycle.
Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Governance and Compliance:
1.1 Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards in
Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
1.2 Oversee the preparation and filing of all necessary legal and regulatory documents to maintain
the proper functioning and its subsidiaries.
1.3 Lead the process of setting up new companies, restructuring existing entities, and managing
changes to share capital and share transfers.
1.4 Handle the conversion of entity structures and amendments to constituent company documents
as required.
2. Government Relations:
2.1 Manage all internal and external relations with local government authorities in Bahrain, Saudi
Arabia, and the UAE.
2.2 Foster strong and positive working relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies,
and other relevant stakeholders.
2.3 Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with government entities to advance.
3. Joint Ventures and Partnerships:
3.1 Facilitate the establishment of Joint Ventures with both regional and international partners,
including entities outside the GCC region.
3.2 Conduct due diligence inquiries and correspondence to assess the viability and compatibility of
potential joint ventures.
4. Expansion and International Presence:
4.1 Spearhead the setup of companies for partner and sister companies and its
associates, both within the GCC region and abroad.
4.2 Coordinate the legal and administrative requirements for international expansion, ensuring
compliance with local laws and regulations.
5. Financial Management:
5.1 Monitor and oversee the day-to-day functioning of financial transactions, including payments
required for expenses and handling company invoices issued to clients.
5.2 Manage bank account openings and related financial activities and its
subsidiaries.
Skills Required
1. Strong knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
2. Proven track record in successfully setting up companies, joint ventures, and partnerships, including
experience with international entities.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government
authorities and stakeholders at all levels.
4. Sound financial acumen and understanding of financial management processes.
5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
Required
Qualifications 1. Bachelors degree in business administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

operations in the GCC region.
