Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist in Cardiac Anesthesia and ICU to join our Client in Libya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac anesthesia and intensive care, and will be responsible for providing exceptional care to the patients before, during, and after cardiac procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing cardiac procedures, including open-heart surgery, angioplasty, and heart transplants.
• - Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
• - Work closely with the surgical team to ensure the safety and comfort of the patient during procedures.
• - Manage patients in the intensive care unit post-surgery, providing critical care and monitoring for any complications.
• - Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• - Stay up-to-date on new developments and techniques in cardiac anesthesia and ICU care, and incorporate them into practice as appropriate.
• - Educate patients and their families on pre- and post-operative care and potential risks and complications.
• - Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• - Medical degree from an accredited university.
• - Board certification in Anesthesiology.
• - Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesia and/or Intensive Care.
• - Minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiac anesthesia and ICU.
• - Excellent knowledge of anesthesia techniques and equipment.
• - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
