Position: Senior Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

Location: Tripoli, Libya

As a Senior Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiac conditions.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• - Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of the Cath Lab equipment
• - Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures
• - Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• - Educating patients and their families on post-procedure care and follow-up instructions
• - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• - Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as safety and infection control protocols
• - Mentoring and supervising junior nursing staff, as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• - Active nursing license in home county
• - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting for Registered Nurse
• - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting for Registered Nurse
• - Strong knowledge of cardiac procedures and treatments
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work well in a team and handle high-stress situations
• - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• - Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
