Group Human Resource Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Group Human Resource Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving the human capital strategy of a diversified holding company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with the overall business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting organizational transformation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and execute the Groups HR strategy in line with the overall business objectives.
  • Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across the organization.
  • Develop and implement performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, change management, and employee engagement.
  • Build a strong employer brand and enhance employee experience.
  • Provide HR advisory services to subsidiaries and business units.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead the implementaion of HR Modules on an ERP Sytem (Odoo).
  • Manage all the regulatory requirements required by Bahraini authorities including
  • LMRA and the Bahraini Labor Law.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Bahrain.
  • Experience in organizational development and change management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working on an ERP Sytem HR Modules or HRIS.
