We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Embroidery Specialist, responsible for maintaining the exquisite textiles within the VVIP Family Palace.

In this role, you will leverage your design expertise and technical proficiency to operate state-of-the-art embroidery machines, ensure the flawless execution of embroidery projects, and contribute to the meticulous preservation of the Palace's legacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Embroidery Design and Production:

    • Utilize industry-leading embroidery software to create, digitize, and refine intricate embroidery designs tailored to Palace specifications.
    • Collaborate with design teams to translate artistic visions into impeccable embroidered masterpieces.
    • Select appropriate needles, threads, and stabilizers to ensure optimal results for each unique project.
  2. Precision Embroidery Execution:

    • Operate sophisticated embroidery machines with exceptional dexterity and control, meticulously embroidering names, monograms, and decorative designs on a variety of fabrics and garments.
    • Maintain the highest quality standards by vigilantly monitoring machine operation, identifying and rectifying any malfunctions or imperfections in stitching.
  3. Machine Maintenance and Inventory Management:

    • Implement a proactive approach to embroidery machine maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and longevity through regular cleaning, calibration, and minor repairs.
    • Maintain accurate and organized inventory control of threads, stabilizers, and other embroidery supplies.
  4. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:

    • Conduct thorough inspections of finished embroidered pieces, meticulously scrutinizing every detail to uphold the Palace's unwavering standards of excellence.
    • Continuously refine your skills and stay abreast of the latest embroidery technologies to deliver the most innovative and exceptional results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a professional embroidery environment, ideally within the luxury or high-end design sector.
  • Mastery of industry-standard embroidery software programs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, unwavering commitment to quality, and a meticulous work ethic.
  • Strong understanding of embroidery techniques, fabrics, needles, threads, and stabilizers.
  • Ability to operate and maintain complex embroidery machines with proficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
