Trainer & Assessor: BSB60420 - Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management

We are urgently looking for a Trainer & Assessor to deliver BSB60420 - Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management for our client based in Brisbane. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Delivering training, assessment and student services that adhere to the principles of access and equity, meet the individual needs of students, and maximize outcomes for students.
• Conducting assessment and making assessment decisions in accordance with the principles of assessment and rules of evidence
• Validating, moderating, and continuously improving assessment tools and processes, and moderating assessment decisions
• Actively engaging in ongoing professional development to ensure the continued currency of VET knowledge and skills, industry skills / vocational competence, and trainer / assessor competence

All applicants need to have:

Certificate IV in TAE40116 or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units
