Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Hardware Engineer to join their team! As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing hardware components in close collaboration with the software engineers to make sure the final product operates seamlessly.
Position: Hardware Engineer
Duties and responsibilities
- Designing and building hardware
- Recommending new hardware designs
- Performing tests of new hardware and software
- Troubleshooting and debugging performance issues
- Working with vendors and hardware suppliers to implement new designs
- Supporting the hardware engineering team
- Providing technical support for hardware issues
- Following industry-standard processes and procedures
- Collaborating with other engineers
Hardware Engineer requirements and qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardware engineering
- Familiarity with a wide range of hardware devices
- Strong understanding of embedded software development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
