They manage a substantial volume of data with 6 million visitors monthly, providing a robust foundation for advanced growth strategies. This specific role is for Kauf Mich, their biggest internal company, which is a leading online marketplace for escort services, connecting clients with independent service providers.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Growth Marketer with a focus on retention to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain users, enhance customer loyalty, and reduce churn. You will work closely with other growth team members and the Marketing Data Lead to implement data-driven strategies that maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) and enhance overall user engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and pain points that impact retention.
- Design and execute personalized retention campaigns, including email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Utilize growth frameworks like the Hook Model and Jobs-to-be-Done to enhance retention processes.
- Focus on key metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), retention rates, and churn rates.
- Experiment with customer segmentation to deliver targeted retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Data Lead and other growth team members to leverage data science for advanced retention tactics.
- Communicate findings and strategies effectively to stakeholders and align initiatives with overall business goals.
Core Skills:
- Deep understanding of customer retention strategies and loyalty programs in digital marketplace environments.
- Proven track record in driving customer retention and reducing churn.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with growth frameworks and methodologies, such as the Hook Model and Jobs-to-be-Done.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Reforge Growth course certifications or similar advanced growth training preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel quarterly to the Barcelona office.
