Role Overview:
As a Senior Acquisition Growth Hacker you will be pivotal in revolutionizing the growth marketing strategies. We are looking for a change agent who thrives in a data-driven environment and is eager to lead transformative initiatives. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers through innovative, evidence-based strategies, leveraging our extensive data resources to drive meaningful growth.
Key Focus:
Acquisition Channels: Mastery in SEO, SEM, paid social media ads (Facebook, Google, TikTok), content marketing, and viral marketing processes.
Growth Hacking: Implement unconventional, high-leverage acquisition processes (viral loops, influencer partnerships, referral programs) to generate rapid growth.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze acquisition metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROAS to inform growth experiments and optimize results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth processes with a specific focus on scaling user acquisition across organic and paid channels.
- Optimize acquisition loops through continuous experimentation with traffic, lead generation, and conversion tactics.
- Drive data-driven decisions by testing and iterating rapidly on customer acquisition processes.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Data Lead and other key stakeholders to align growth hacking initiatives with data-driven insights.
- Establish and optimize acquisition channels and campaigns, ensuring they are scalable and effective.
- Utilize advanced analytics and experimentation to drive decision-making and achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Identify and implement best practices in acquisition marketing to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regularly report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in growth hacking techniques and a strong focus on customer acquisition processes.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing high-impact acquisition processes in high-growth startup environments.
- Deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and tools.
- Proficiency in using analytics platforms and growth hacking tools.
- Reforge Growth course certifications or similar advanced growth training preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel quarterly to the Barcelona office.
