Key Responsibilities
As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of this large-scale operation. Key duties include:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Manage and inspire a team of over 300 employees.
- Drive operational success by fostering a high-performance culture and providing leadership to team leaders and staff.
- Promote employee engagement and professional growth.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee all aspects of daily logistics operations, including transport, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Ensure alignment with automotive logistics industry standards and client requirements.
- Continuously improve KPIs, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency across the site.
- Client and Contract Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a major automotive logistics client.
- Ensure service excellence and compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the client to develop solutions and deliver outstanding service quality.
- Strategic and Financial Management:
- Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Contribute to long-term strategies that drive growth and innovation.

- Experience in contract logistics, supply chain management, or automotive logistics.

- Fluency in German and English (preferred).
