Key Responsibilities
As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of this large-scale operation. Key duties include:

  • Leadership and Team Management:

    • Manage and inspire a team of over 300 employees.
    • Drive operational success by fostering a high-performance culture and providing leadership to team leaders and staff.
    • Promote employee engagement and professional growth.
  • Operational Oversight:

    • Oversee all aspects of daily logistics operations, including transport, warehousing, and inventory management.
    • Ensure alignment with automotive logistics industry standards and client requirements.
    • Continuously improve KPIs, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency across the site.
  • Client and Contract Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for a major automotive logistics client.
    • Ensure service excellence and compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.
    • Collaborate with the client to develop solutions and deliver outstanding service quality.
  • Strategic and Financial Management:

    • Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
    • Contribute to long-term strategies that drive growth and innovation.

We are searching for a logistics professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale operations. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in contract logistics, supply chain management, or automotive logistics.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams of 300+ employees.
  • Expertise in logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Fluency in German and English (preferred).
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
