Role Overview:
As the Marketing Senior Data Analyst you will be responsible for harnessing the power of data to drive the marketing strategies and growth initiatives. Working closely with growth hackers and other stakeholders, you will use your data science expertise to provide actionable insights, optimize marketing processes, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of data-driven experiments across multiple marketing and growth channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to provide actionable insights and support rapid iterations on growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain a strong analytics foundation, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for key stakeholders.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that drive marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the Growth Hacker team to develop data-driven strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Implement and manage machine learning models to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Establish data-driven frameworks and processes for goal setting and performance evaluation.
- Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously explore and apply new data science techniques to improve marketing outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in data-driven growth, marketing analytics, and startup data dynamics.
- Proven track record of driving key insights from data to fuel business growth and scale, with experience in high-growth startup environments.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
- Experience working with large datasets and advanced analytics tools.
- Reforge Growth course certifications or similar advanced growth training preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside marketing and growth teams.
- Willingness to travel quarterly to the Barcelona office.
