They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development efforts, establish key partnerships, and drive revenue growth in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, DIY, and Retail sectors.

This is a high-impact role, ideal for a sales-driven professional with expertise in retail execution, trade marketing, and consumer goods sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnerships with brands, retailers, trade marketers, and category managers.
• Present and demonstrate the platforms impact on store execution, compliance, and sales performance.
• Drive business expansion in Spain and Portugal, closing deals with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with international colleagues and local business development partners.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of sales experience in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Electronics, or Trade Marketing.
• Strong B2B sales experience, particularly in the retail technology or merchandising sectors.
• Fluent in Spanish & English (Portuguese is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and drive business growth from scratch.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• A strong network in the retail sector with proven deal-closing experience.
