Key Responsibilities:
As a Diabetes Educator, you will:
- Provide care, treatment, and management to clients from pediatric to adult ages
- Be able to work independently and efficiently
- Be able to solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work.
- Be confident with your clinical knowledge across a variety of scenarios
- Be involved in liaising with multiple stakeholders regarding patient care.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Credentialled Diabetes Educator certification
- Professional liability/Public indemnity insurance
- Be able to understand new systems and processes in an efficient manner.
- Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
- Be confident in your role while being open to feedback.
