Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of engineers-in-training, designers, and CAD technicians to create construction documents, visual aids, reports, and data tables as required by clients.
• Manage daily operations and deliverables essential for the development of residential and commercial properties.
• Apply advanced engineering techniques, theories, and practices in a specialized field, integrating related scientific disciplines.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead significant engineering projects or multiple smaller projects with intricate details.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other consultants, ensuring clear and professional interactions.

Educational and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas.

Experience Requirements:

• 4-10 years of experience in land development within the Houston, TX area.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
