Position Title: Senior Site Development Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a proficient engineer with extensive experience in site development for various project types, including retail, industrial, institutional, commercial, and multifamily developments.
- Develop initial design concepts for significant project phases or oversee engineering tasks for smaller-scale projects.
- Plan, schedule, execute, and coordinate engineering tasks that involve standard practices, while addressing complex challenges such as conflicting design requirements.
- Potentially serve as an Assistant Project Manager or Assistant Project Engineer.
- Supervise junior engineers or technical support staff on a project-by-project basis, though this is not a primary responsibility.
- Independently evaluate, select, and adapt standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to suit project needs.
- Identify additional information required from clients and coordinate directly with them.
- Make fundamental decisions regarding alternative procedures when necessary information is not provided.
Educational and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer or pending registration.
Experience Requirements:
- Over 5 years of post-graduate experience in site engineering.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
