Were looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Water Resources Manager, where youll be at the forefront of shaping water rights and resource strategies across Colorado.

What Youll Do:

In this role, youll be the driving force behind critical projects that impact water supply planning, water rights, and hydrologic analysis. Youll manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality control and client satisfaction every step of the way. Your work will involve technical support for Water Court applications, crafting comprehensive water budget models, and conducting in-depth stream depletion analyses.

Youll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including attorneys, water users, and regulatory agencies, to navigate the complexities of Colorados water laws and administration. Whether youre preparing technical reports, developing scopes of work, or providing expert testimony in Water Court, your contributions will be essential in helping our clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

What Were Looking For:

Were seeking a candidate with a robust background in water resource engineering, particularly within Colorados unique water rights framework. If you have at least 11-15 years of experience and a deep understanding of water rights decrees, hydrology, and water supply management. Licensed Professional Engineer is a plus.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be an effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, with the ability to lead projects and manage teams.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $178,000, depending on your experience and educational background.
