Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000

As a Stormwater Group Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering excellence in stormwater management services, contributing to sustainable development practices and municipal infrastructure enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead team leadership and mentorship, ensuring the delivery of analytical reports and designs for stormwater elements in land development projects.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and performance assessments of team members to maintain operational excellence.
- Apply advanced hydrologic and hydraulic modeling techniques to optimize stormwater management systems, including basin routing and detention pond design.
- Exercise sound judgment in adapting techniques to meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of project drainage designs to ensure adherence to jurisdictional criteria and industry best practices.
- Foster transparent communication among internal stakeholders to promote collaboration and project success.
- Uphold stringent quality assurance standards for all project deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
- Innovate and refine processes within the stormwater group to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Actively engage in relevant stormwater organizations to bolster company visibility and industry influence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Licensed PE
- Minimum 10 years of extensive experience in stormwater management and design.
- Proficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, detention design, and land development.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with municipalities and private developers in Colorado.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software suites, i.e. HY-8, FlowMaster, StormCAD/SewerGems, XPStorm, HEC-RAS, GeoHECRAS, and ArcGIS.
- Strong technical report writing and communication skills, essential for effective project management.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships, driving successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
