It facilitates domestic and cross-border transactions, connecting to +70 local payment channels, all powered by a network of currency exchange agents. Our marketplace solution is addressing the incompatibility and fragmentation of the regions financial ecosystem for individuals and SMBs.

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Back-End Developer with 4-6 years of experience in a senior role to join our dynamic and fast-paced startup. The ideal candidate is an expert in TypeScript, Docker, and AWS, with a strong ability to build scalable, high-performance back-end solutions. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing our core systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability in a highly competitive environment

Preferred Skills and Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience as a Senior Back-End Developer.

• Expert in TypeScript with deep knowledge of back-end frameworks.

• Proficiency in Docker for containerization and orchestration.

• Strong experience in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS, API Gateway, etc.).

• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

• Strong database experience.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

• Familiarity with security best practices for cloud-native applications.

• Agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality software.

Key Functions and Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance back-end services.

• Implement and optimize APIs and microservices using TypeScript and modern frameworks.

• Leverage Docker to containerize applications for seamless deployment and scalability.

• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to drive innovation.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for speed and efficiency.
