Full Stack Developer - Web3 Gaming (Europe/NorthAmerica)

Role Summary

Client is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer in Europe or North America (only)  to join a dynamic Gaming and Consulting team. You will design, develop, and deliver blockchain-enabled applications for gaming ecosystems and enterprise use cases, maintaining high technical standards and collaborating closely with clients to create impactful decentralized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack applications integrating blockchain functionality.
• Develop robust APIs and SDKs tailored to project and client requirements.
• Collaborate directly with clients to define needs and deliver custom blockchain solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Research emerging blockchain tools and frameworks relevant to gaming and enterprise solutions.
• Work across multiple tech stacks based on project goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience with at least two of: TypeScript/JavaScript, Rust, Go.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, including Solidity, Web3 libraries, and relevant tooling.
• Solid knowledge of API design and development (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets).
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and caching with Redis.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Practical experience with open-source projects on GitHub.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Solidity and smart contract security.
• Experience across multiple programming languages (TypeScript, Rust, Go).
• Background in game development or integration with game engines (Unity, Unreal).
• Knowledge of the Canton network or DAML.
• Familiarity with NFT standards, DeFi systems, and Layer 2 scaling technologies.
• Prior consulting experience and direct client engagement.
• Open-source contributions to Web3 or gaming-related projects.
