As VP of Exploration, you will lead all exploration activities, drive strategy, and manage drilling programs for this exciting new venture. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead exploration strategy and execution for advanced gold projects in Newfoundland.
• Design and manage drill programs, geological modeling, and resource estimation.
• Build and lead a high-performing exploration team.
• Report directly to the CEO and board, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Drive responsible exploration practices, community engagement, and sustainable development.

Requirements:

• 10-15+ years of mineral exploration experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Extensive experience in gold exploration, particularly with Newfoundland mineralization types.
• Proven ability to lead exploration in remote environments.
• Strong experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or related field.
