Project Manager

A mid-size mining consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to work alongside their client and help bring a flagship project online from development through to production. 

If you've worked in cold climates like the Arctic, Scandanavia, or Greenland, this is your chance to manage a high-potential mine through critical study phases and into operations.

What You'll Do:

• Leadership: Build and lead a motivated, multidisciplinary team to meet high standards for project execution.
• Project Management: Oversee all phases of feasibility, design, engineering, and construction ensuring safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaboration: Work with senior management, contractors, and local communities to ensure effective communication and partnership.
• Cost & Schedule: Control budgets and timelines to meet project milestones.
• Technical Oversight: Apply your technical expertise to solve challenges and ensure quality design and construction.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, maintaining high safety and quality standards.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in project management within mining or heavy industry
• Strong background in engineering design, feasibility studies, and construction management
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with a focus on safety and environmental standards
• Someone from the region would be ideal but not a dealbreaker.
