Field Service Engineer

Position: Field Service Engineer

Company Overview:

 We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer.

Job Summary:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to clients at their job sites. You will be required to travel internationally to various locations to install, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical assembly, as well as experience with hydraulics. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is also required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel to client sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment

- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to identify any issues or problems with equipment

- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely solutions

- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new solutions and improvements for existing equipment

- Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment

- Maintain accurate records of all service visits and provide detailed reports to the engineering team

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide the best possible service to clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field)

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the field service industry

- Strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills

- Knowledge and experience with hydraulics

- Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods of time

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Valid driver's license and passport
