Position: Hospital Relations & Outreach Generalist

Direct Recruit Agency is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hospital Relations & Outreach Generalist. This is a full-time contract position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing agency.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities to promote agency services

- Plan and execute outreach events and activities to increase agency visibility and awareness

- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies for hospital outreach

- Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay updated on industry trends

- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare stakeholders.

- Meet growth targets for assigned service lines.

- Analyze market data and track performance results.

- Maintain accurate account and contact information in CRM tools.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market
   share.

- Effectively communicate key service line messages aligned with marketing
  growth strategies.

- Collaborate with physician practice operations leadership to develop and
  implement growth strategies.

- Identify and report barriers to business growth, recommending solutions and
  strategies.

- Serve as a liaison between the agency and hospitals, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

- Coordinate and attend meetings with hospital staff to discuss agency services and potential collaborations

- Assist with onboarding and training of new hospital partners

- Monitor and track outreach efforts and report on progress and results to management

- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and policies to ensure compliance in all outreach activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field

-5+ years of proven sales or relevant business development experience

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospital or healthcare relations, outreach, or sales

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities

- Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations

- Experience with CRM tools and data tracking

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel as needed
