Position: Human Resources Admin Tech

Direct Recruit Agency is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Admin Tech to join our team on a full-time basis. As an HR Admin Tech, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews

- Conduct initial phone screenings and reference checks for potential candidates

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and benefits

- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including completing paperwork, conducting orientations, and setting up employee profiles

- Process new hire paperwork and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner

- Assist with employee offboarding, including conducting exit interviews and updating records

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits

- Assist with the planning and execution of employee events and activities

- Maintain and update HR databases and files

- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations

- Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations

Requirements:

- High school diploma/GED or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

- 2 - 5 years of experience in a human resources role

- Demonstrated use of computer tools for trending, analysis, and reporting
- Demonstrated use of computer tools for trending, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

- Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes preferred

- SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus
