Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Sales Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales analytics function for our agency, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive sales performance and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales analytics, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
-Demonstrated experience with pharma commercial analytics processes like Reporting, Field force analytics - Call
planning, territory alignment, goal setting, incentive compensation, Segmentation, etc.,
- Good understanding of Pharma commercial data sets like DDD, NPA, NSP, APLD, Rx, Call activity, etc.,
- Demonstrated Analytics operations including brand launch support, brand positioning, customer segmentation, patient analytics, market mix modeling, campaign effectiveness measurement and competitive analysis, Omni channel, etc.
- Understanding of recent changes in commercial models example dynamic targeting, multi-channel call plan, micro-segmentation etc.,
- Hands-on technical skills in SQL, R, Python
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of 5-10 analysts. Demonstrate the ability to execute multiple projects in parallel
- Triangulate multiple sources including Sales, CRM, and other secondary data to identify opportunities and strategies that shape decisions and drive organizational commercial effectiveness
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects, provided thought leadership related to commercial models and SFE
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales analytics strategy to support the agency's sales goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving sales performance
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights to help them achieve their targets
- Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key metrics and provide visibility into sales performance
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales analytics and make recommendations for process improvements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to align sales analytics efforts with overall business goals
- Provide training and support to sales teams on how to effectively use sales analytics tools and reports
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and make data-driven recommendations for future sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Bachelors in Pharmacy/technology

· MS/MTech/Mpharma

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Proven track record of using data and analytics to drive sales performance and achieve business goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in sales analytics
