Job Summary:
As a Sales Territory Manager/Sales Marketing-Field Sales, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base within a designated territory. This role requires a strong focus on sales and marketing, as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and executing marketing initiatives to drive revenue and increase market share.
Reside near the Fort Lauderdale / Miami area and be passionate about selling products that are of the highest quality and value in their class. The position requires the candidate to be energized by working for a
world-class manufacturer and collaborating on cross-functional teams. They must be a self-starter and organized and recognize the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships. Candidates must have a bachelors degree and demonstrate excellent presentation and computer skills. Prior outside sales experience calling on construction or building products, calling on architects and designers, is required. Bilingual is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our services and increase brand awareness
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential business opportunities
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events and conferences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a field sales role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
