Position: Sales Representative

Direct Recruit Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our recruitment services to potential clients in the Dallas area. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies

- Understand and effectively communicate the services and benefits of Direct Recruit Agency to potential clients

- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand the recruitment needs of clients and provide tailored solutions

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent for clients

- Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Self-motivated and driven to succeed

- Knowledge of the Dallas job market and recruitment industry is a plus
