Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Service Sr. Consultant to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, as well as experience in project management and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible of developing texting strategy and plans with our  client, cross-service teams and third-party partners.

Require a deep understanding and extensive experience with AVAYA, ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN, IMPLENTATION and TESTING.

Experience working with AVAYA C IMPLEMENTATION AND SERVICE RELATED work.

Experience in working in the support field and Direct Customer Interactions.

Strong technical knowledge and experience with AVAYA's  product portfolio and system manager.

Knowledge and experience with AVAYA Contact Center Portfolio

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and projects

- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the overall customer experience

- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

- Provide training and support to clients on our products and services

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and apply them to improve our processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, project management, or consulting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- TS/SCI clearance and Full Scope Polygraph required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel as needed
