A growing civil construction company is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator to lead projects from bid through closeout while driving accurate estimating, strong project execution, and profitable outcomes.

This opportunity offers $100,000-$150,000 and is ideal for experienced construction professionals who excel at both project leadership and estimating within heavy civil, site development, or utility construction environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed estimates and scopes of work for civil construction projects
• Prepare cost models for sitework, utilities, grading, and earthmoving projects
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution activities
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Monitor project progress and maintain schedule performance
• Support business growth through accurate bidding and estimating practices

Requirements:

• 7+ years of civil construction project management experience
• Estimating experience within construction environments
• Strong cost modeling and budgeting skills
• Project scheduling and planning experience
• Construction estimating software proficiency
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:

• Heavy civil construction experience
• Utility infrastructure projects

• Risk management and contract administration experience

Compensation & Benefits:
