A growing medical device manufacturer is seeking a Precision Machine Parts Polisher Technician to perform detailed finishing, polishing, and assembly work on high-precision medical components.

This onsite opportunity offers $18-$24/hr and is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and experience working in manufacturing or assembly environments.

Working in a clean, climate-controlled facility, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products meet strict quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Polish and finish precision medical device components to specification
• Perform detailed hand-finishing using precision tools and techniques
• Assemble multi-component parts and subassemblies
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks
• Follow written work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workstation
• Support production schedules and daily output goals
• Adhere to quality, safety, and manufacturing standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions
• Ability to work in a quality-focused manufacturing environment

Preferred:

• Precision manufacturing experience
• Machine shop experience
• Medical device manufacturing background
• Clean room experience
• Technical training in manufacturing or assembly

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Weekend Shift: Three 12-hour shifts with pay equivalent to 40 hours
