Compensation: $100,000 - $220,000 per year

Join a fast-growing AI search visibility platform as its Founding Growth Marketer, owning the full growth function end to end and building the engine that takes the company toward $10M+ in annual recurring revenue.

What You'll Own

- Design and run growth experiments across channels, with crisp hypotheses, measurements, and reporting

- Build and scale the organic growth motion end to end

- Stand up the events function, including strategy, execution, and attribution

- Architect and land growth partnerships that compound over time

- Own the marketing-to-sales-to-customer-success handoff, eliminating pipeline friction

- Set up and run the tooling, automations, and analytics infrastructure behind the growth engine

- Serve as a power user of the platform itself and feed daily product feedback back to the product team

What You'll Bring

- Deep, daily fluency with AI tools, particularly Claude or Claude Code

- A shipped, end-to-end project you can walk through and demo

- High agency, taking ownership of outcomes and entire areas of the business rather than individual tasks

- A technical growth mindset, thinking in systems, loops, and compounding rather than one-off campaigns

- Based in San Francisco and willing to work in person 5 days a week

Nice to Have

- A computer science background, technical coursework, or a track record of shipping technical side projects

- Experience standing up growth, events, or partnerships from zero at a seed to Series B startup

- Strong familiarity with modern GTM tooling, understanding the role goes well beyond basic table-building

- Comfort picking up new platforms and tooling from scratch on a steep learning curve
