Overview:

We're seeking a Founding Content Marketing Lead to build and scale content strategy for a rapidly growing AI software company. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to marketing leadership, with ownership of content strategy, brand positioning, storytelling, and audience growth across multiple channels.

You'll help define how the company communicates with the market while creating content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Own content strategy and positioning across social media, case studies, blogs, webinars, video, and thought leadership channels.

Develop and execute content campaigns that drive awareness and customer engagement.

Interview customers and transform insights into compelling content and success stories.

Build and manage the content calendar and content roadmap.

Partner with product marketing and leadership teams to align messaging and campaign execution.

Test and scale new content formats including video, webinars, and social-first content.

Establish repeatable content processes and playbooks that support long-term growth.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, product marketing, editorial, brand storytelling, or related fields.

Proven experience owning content strategy end-to-end.

Experience working within startup or high-growth environments.

Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.

Experience creating content across multiple formats including blogs, case studies, social media, webinars, and video.

Ability to make strategic content decisions with limited direction.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building content programs from the ground up.

Strong personal brand or social media presence.

Experience growing audiences within B2B SaaS markets.

Startup experience.

Passion for AI, technology, and SaaS products.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $120,000-$160,000

Bonus: 10% Performance Bonus

OTE: $132,000-$176,000
